Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings of the San Jose Unified School District Board of Education are held in the Board Room at 855 Lenzen Avenue (District Administration Building) at 6:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, 5:00 p.m. for closed sessions (exceptions noted).

The agenda for scheduled meetings is typically posted on the Monday prior to a Thursday meeting.

Viewing the Agenda

To view the most current meeting agenda and descriptions of the items click  MEETINGS 

Click CALENDAR to select the current meeting or past meetings that are in the system (since March 2010).

Printing the Agenda and Meeting Minutes

On the Agenda page go to the upper right corner and click the word AGENDA on the Printable Version icon.

To print the Minutes click the word MINUTES. If minutes have not yet been posted a message indicating this will appear.

Board meetings are traditionally held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, however, due to conflicts in the calendar, some meetings have been scheduled for the *2nd or *4th Thursday or ** Tuesday.
